PPL is proud of its ongoing dedication to its CSR programme. Whether it is ensuring that PPL donates funds to a number of charities or supports numerous projects through sponsorship, we are passionate about giving back whilst moving the company and our people forward.

Each year PPL employees choose a charity that they’d like to support as their Charity of the Year. Since CSR started in 2008, we’ve raised over £130,000 for a variety of charities including Cancer Research, MIND, Teenage Cancer Trust, GOSH, Macmillan, Whizz Kids and Thame21.

For 2017, the PPL employees voted to support Dementia UK, who provide specialist dementia support for families through their Admiral Nurse service. Throughout the year we’ve raised money by holding bake sales, Crazy Hair Day and tombola’s, as well as individual employees’ efforts to take on challenges. In September, a team of PPL employees walked 25kms across 16 bridges in London. In total they raised £4,097.92 for Dementia UK which was the highest fundraiser for the year.
