PPL is highly commended in two categories at the 2017 Employee Engagement Awards

The organisation was recognised in the ‘Customer Engagement’ and ‘Leadership’ categories.

Music licensing organisation, PPL, is celebrating being highly-commended in two categories at the 2017 Employee Engagement Awards, held in London on 25 January 2018. The company was nominated as a finalist for the fourth year running in recognition of the work of its People and Organisational Development team.

The first highly-commended category was the ‘Customer Engagement Award’. This category was focused on candidates who have demonstrated new and innovative examples of customer engagement specifically related to how each organisation delivers on customer satisfaction. PPL's nomination was for the work carried out by the Business Change team with support from People and Organisational Development on the QI Project for Member Services. The QI Project enables members to use electronic signatures to sign their US tax forms and then submit them digitally. This has improved the member experience and facilitated the pay out of more US revenue to members.

PPL was again highly-commended in the ‘Leadership Award’, a category that celebrates leadership programmes that have had a direct and positive impact on Employee Engagement and outputs right across the business.  PPL's nomination was a credit to the work completed by Learning and Development Partner, Jo Digby, on the Management Development Programme.

PPL was also nominated in the ‘Unsung Hero’ category for the consistently strong work of Tegan Realph, the team’s Engagement & Experience Advisor.

The Employee Engagement Awards were established to provide a platform to recognise excellence in engagement that inspires action and drives the industry and the employee experience forward.  The judging panel includes senior personnel from blue chip companies such as Executive Grapevine, AXA PPP Healthcare, Rolls Royce and Workplace by Facebook.
